3. User(s) eligibility
Services are available only to business entities/organisations or individuals duly authorised to represent such entities in India or other countries. Individuals cannot register or use the Website in personal capacity. You represent that you have authority to bind the business entity to this Agreement.
4. Registration and your account
Registration is mandatory for placing orders. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account and password. Mandatory business verification documents (GSTIN, Shops & Establishment, Certificate of Incorporation, etc.) must be submitted. Use is strictly for business purposes only.
5. Content use and restrictions
You shall not distribute, share, or repost any content from the Website without prior written consent from CAPL. You grant CAPL a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any content you upload. Prohibited activities include uploading illegal, infringing, obscene, or harmful content.
6. Intellectual property
All content, design, trademarks, and logos on www.canaresonline.com are owned or licensed by Canares Automation Private Limited and protected under applicable laws.

CAPL acts only as a marketplace facilitator between Buyers and Third-Party Sellers. The actual sale contract is directly between Buyer and Seller. CAPL does not take ownership or responsibility for quality, legality, warranty, or delivery of products.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Services are provided on “as-is” and “as-available” basis. CAPL’s maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
11. Cancellation of orders
CAPL or the Seller may cancel orders due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, non-availability, non-serviceable location, etc.
12. Return, refund, and replacement
Return policy applies only to products marked “returnable”. Non-returnable items, buyer remorse, or post-return-window requests are not accepted.
13. Payment terms
Payment options: Prepaid, Cash on Delivery, or CAPL Credit Facility (if availed and approved). CAPL only facilitates payment and is not liable for payment gateway failures.
14. Shipping and order delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates. CAPL is not liable for delays caused by logistics partners.
